The journal features original research contributions covering a wide range of fields, including geology, geophysics, sedimentology, paleontology, stratigraphy, magmatism, metamorphism, collision tectonics, seismic activity, earthquake occurrence, geomorphology, geological mapping, glaciology, hydrology, environment, climate change, natural disasters, geotechnical engineering research, remote sensing, and natural resources related to the Himalayas and its adjacent regions.
