This journal seeks to publish innovative solutions for the development and use of electrical and electronic instruments and devices for measuring, monitoring, and/or recording physical phenomena, advancing the science, methods, functions, and applications of measurement. The scope of the papers may include: (1) theories, methods, and practices of measurement; (2) design, development, and evaluation of instruments and measurement systems and components used for generating, acquiring, conditioning, and processing signals; (3) analysis, representation, display, and storage of information obtained from a set of measurements; (4) providing scientific and technical support for the establishment and maintenance of technical standards in the field of instrumentation.
