An epidemiologic investigation of a novel virus of the family Circoviridae, avian gyrovirus 2 (AGV2), detected in chicken flocks and healthy humans in mainland China from April 2015 to April 2016, suggesting that autumn might be a season of infection because of optimal conditions for infection.
