Calibration Techniques: Including descriptions of new or existing calibration facilities and techniques, with calibration data from different types of flow meters and calibration comparison data from various laboratories. Installation Effect Data: Addressing the impact of non-ideal flow conditions on flow meters. Papers that combine theoretical understanding of flow meter behavior with experimental work are particularly welcomed.
