The International Journal of Rheumatic Diseases, formerly known as the APLAR Journal of Rheumatology, is the official journal of the Asia Pacific League of Associations for Rheumatology. This journal accepts original clinical or experimental research articles related to rheumatic diseases, including work on connective tissue diseases and other immune and allergic disorders. The acceptance criteria for all submissions are based on the quality and originality of the research and its relevance to our readers. Unless otherwise specified, all manuscripts will undergo peer review by two anonymous reviewers and the editor.
