The journal "Measurement in Physical Education and Exercise Science" encompasses original measurement research, special issues, and tutorials within the field of physical education and exercise science. It is divided into seven sections, six of which define the primary disciplines for original research to be published: exercise science, physical activity, physical education, psychology, research methods and statistics, and sports management. The seventh section, tutorials and teaching toolbox, provides a channel for the publication of review and/or teaching manuscripts. The special issues section allows for a coherent set of manuscripts (e.g., four to five) to collectively explore significant and timely measurement-related issues within the scope of "Measurement in Physical Education and Exercise Science." The main goal of the journal is to publish high-impact manuscripts, with a strong emphasis on original research that aligns with the journal's scope.
