Acta Ophthalmologica is published by the Acta Ophthalmologica Scandinavica Foundation and serves as the official scientific publication for the following societies: the Danish Ophthalmological Society, the Finnish Ophthalmological Society, the Icelandic Ophthalmological Society, the Norwegian Ophthalmological Society, and the Swedish Ophthalmological Society, as well as the European Vision and Eye Research Association (EVER).
