The IEEE Transactions on Microwave Theory and Techniques focuses on the engineering and theoretical aspects related to microwave and millimeter-wave components, devices, circuits, and systems. It encompasses the generation, modulation, demodulation, control, transmission, and detection of microwave signals. This includes scientific, technological, and industrial activities. Microwave theory and techniques primarily deal with electromagnetic waves in the frequency range of a few MHz to THz; as long as fundamental microwave theories and techniques yield useful results, other spectral regions and wave types are also included within the scope of this journal. Typically, this occurs in wave propagation theories within structures comparable in size to the wavelength, as well as in the relevant techniques used for analysis and design.

Journal Citation Format
Those examples are references to articles in scholarly journals and how they are supposed to appear in your bibliography.
Not all journals organize their published articles in volumes and issues, so these fields are optional. Some electronic journals do not provide a page range, but instead list an article identifier. In a case like this it's safe to use the article identifier instead of the page range.
A journal article with 1 author
A journal article with 2 authors
A journal article with 3 authors
A journal article with 5 or more authors
Books Citation Format
Here are examples of references for authored and edited books.

Sometimes references to web sites should appear directly in the text rather than in the bibliography.
