MLJEKARSTVO 是一本开放获取、同行评审的国际科学季刊。第一期于 1951 年由克罗地亚乳业经营者协会(今天:克罗地亚乳业联盟,出版商)出版。在 1951 年 10 月 28 日在萨格勒布举行的工会会议上的一篇论文中说:“我们希望这本杂志能够不符合其前辈的命运,但它继续体现创造性的努力,并为生产者以及乳制品行业的所有其他经营者提供指导。参加这次会议已经成真,MLJEKARSTVO 杂志在过去六十年中反映了众多乳品科学家和专家的创造性努力,并通过其文本作为改进牛奶和乳制品生产和加工的指南。 MLJEKARSTVO 一直在关注克罗地亚乳制品行业的所有成就,同时也对世界成就进行了简要概述。科学家和专家总是在 MLJEKARSTVO 杂志上找到自己的位置。它由我们受聘于大学、研究机构和乳品公司的杰出乳品专家编辑。
