Acta Archaeologica, founded in 1930, is the leading international archaeological journal in Scandinavia. Published annually, it features 200 to 250 pages of beautifully illustrated content. The articles are written in English, German, French, or Italian, and are well-edited, providing lasting academic value. Acta Archaeologica covers the archaeology of Scandinavia and the North Atlantic, up to around 1500 AD, while also highlighting the significance of Northern Europe within the broader continental context. Mediterranean (and Near Eastern) archaeology plays a particularly important role. Contributions from Arctic, maritime, and other branches of archaeology, as well as from other continents, are also included.

Those examples are references to articles in scholarly journals and how they are supposed to appear in your bibliography.

Not all journals organize their published articles in volumes and issues, so these fields are optional. Some electronic journals do not provide a page range, but instead list an article identifier. In a case like this it's safe to use the article identifier instead of the page range.
