The Journal of Environmental Economics and Management publishes theoretical and empirical papers focused on specific natural resources and environmental issues. For consideration, submissions should include a substantial element that embodies the connection between economic systems and environmental and natural resource systems, or be of significant importance in understanding the management and social control of the economy in relation to the natural environment. While the journal generally emphasizes economics, interdisciplinary papers from researchers in other fields that are relevant to resource and environmental economists are also welcomed.
