Nineteenth-Century French Studies offers scholars and students the opportunity to explore new trends, review promising research findings, and become more familiar with professional developments in the field. We invite scholarly articles on all aspects of nineteenth-century French literature and criticism. All published articles undergo peer review to ensure scholarly integrity. Additionally, this journal features an extensive book review section covering a variety of disciplines. Nineteenth-Century French Studies is published biannually in two double issues: fall/winter and spring/summer.
