The Annals of Pure and Applied Logic publishes high-quality papers in all areas of mathematical logic, as well as applications of logic in mathematics, theoretical computer science, and other related fields. All submissions must be mathematically correct, well-written (preferably in English), and contain relevant new results of significant interest to logicians. The journal also considers submissions that are too long for other journals but too short to stand alone as a memoir, provided they are of exceptional quality and broad interest. Additionally, the Annals of Pure and Applied Logic occasionally publishes special issues featuring selected papers from prominent pure and applied logic conferences.

Journal Citation Format
Those examples are references to articles in scholarly journals and how they are supposed to appear in your bibliography.
Not all journals organize their published articles in volumes and issues, so these fields are optional. Some electronic journals do not provide a page range, but instead list an article identifier. In a case like this it's safe to use the article identifier instead of the page range.
A journal article with 1 author
A journal article with 2 authors
A journal article with 3 authors
A journal article with 5 or more authors
