Atomic Spectroscopy is a peer-reviewed international journal founded by Dr. Walter Slavin in 1962 and currently published by Atomic Spectroscopy Press Limited (ASPL). The journal aims to rapidly publish original research articles and review articles in the fields of Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy (AAS), Atomic Fluorescence Spectroscopy (AFS), Inductively Coupled Plasma Optical Emission Spectroscopy (ICP-OES), Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry (ICP-MS), Gas Discharge Mass Spectrometry (GD-MS), Thermal Ionization Mass Spectrometry (TIMS), Secondary Ion Mass Spectrometry (SIMS), Accelerator Mass Spectrometry (AMS), Laser-Induced Breakdown Spectroscopy (LIBS), X-ray Fluorescence Spectroscopy (XRF), and related techniques. Manuscripts involving (I) instrumentation and fundamentals, (II) method development and applications, and (III) Standard Reference Material (SRM) development are welcome for publication.
