The primary goal of the journal Acta IMEKO is to enhance the academic activities of IMEKO and to facilitate a broader dissemination of scientific outputs from IMEKO Technical Committee events. High-quality papers presented at IMEKO conferences, workshops, or congresses are selected by the event organizers, and authors are invited to publish an enhanced version of their papers in this journal. Additionally, the journal publishes scientific articles on measurement and instrumentation that are not related to IMEKO events.

Those examples are references to articles in scholarly journals and how they are supposed to appear in your bibliography.

Not all journals organize their published articles in volumes and issues, so these fields are optional. Some electronic journals do not provide a page range, but instead list an article identifier. In a case like this it's safe to use the article identifier instead of the page range.
