Critical Social Policy provides a forum for advocacy, analysis, and debate on social policy issues. We publish critical perspectives that: ·acknowledge and reflect upon differences in political, economic, social, and cultural power, as well as the diversity of cultures and movements shaping social policy; ·rethink conventional approaches to securing rights, meeting needs, and challenging inequalities and injustices; ·include the perspectives, analyses, and concerns of people and groups whose voices are unheard or underrepresented in policy-making; ·reflect the lived experiences of users of existing benefits and services.

Those examples are references to articles in scholarly journals and how they are supposed to appear in your bibliography.

Not all journals organize their published articles in volumes and issues, so these fields are optional. Some electronic journals do not provide a page range, but instead list an article identifier. In a case like this it's safe to use the article identifier instead of the page range.
