The Research Quarterly for Exercise and Sport is a journal dedicated to the study of human movement arts and sciences. It publishes new research, reviews, confirmations, or contradictions of previous findings, theoretical developments, and new or improved application techniques. The goals of RQES are to provide academic pathways for the following areas: (A) advancing the study of human movement, particularly its interdisciplinary nature; (B) influencing the theories and practices of human movement; (C) promoting in-depth research on human movement; (D) offering theoretical reviews and tutorials related to human movement research. The editorial board, associate editors, and external reviewers assist the editor-in-chief, and qualified reviewers from relevant sub-disciplines will review suitable manuscripts. Authors typically receive a decision on their papers within 75 to 90 days.

Those examples are references to articles in scholarly journals and how they are supposed to appear in your bibliography.

Not all journals organize their published articles in volumes and issues, so these fields are optional. Some electronic journals do not provide a page range, but instead list an article identifier. In a case like this it's safe to use the article identifier instead of the page range.
