The International Journal of Chemical Kinetics is a leading academic journal dedicated to the field of chemical kinetics, publishing original research on gas-phase, condensed-phase, and polymer reaction kinetics, as well as biochemical and surface kinetics. The journal aims to serve as a key platform for careful experimental measurements of reaction kinetics in both simple and complex systems. Additionally, it presents new advancements in applied theoretical kinetics and publishes large kinetic models along with the algorithms and estimations used in these models. This includes methods for handling significant large reaction networks important in biochemistry, catalysis, and radical chemistry. Furthermore, the journal explores quantitative relationships between molecular structure and chemical reactivity, organic/inorganic chemistry and reaction mechanisms, as well as interfacial reactive chemistry.

Journal Citation Format

Those examples are references to articles in scholarly journals and how they are supposed to appear in your bibliography.

Not all journals organize their published articles in volumes and issues, so these fields are optional. Some electronic journals do not provide a page range, but instead list an article identifier. In a case like this it's safe to use the article identifier instead of the page range.

A journal article with 1 author

A journal article with 2 authors

A journal article with 3 authors

A journal article with 5 or more authors

Books Citation Format

Here are examples of references for authored and edited books.

Sometimes references to web sites should appear directly in the text rather than in the bibliography.
