The scientific journal Acta Neophilologica is a review by Slovenian experts in English-speaking, German-speaking, French-speaking, and Italian-speaking literary history. It publishes scientific studies by both international and domestic scholars in the fields of Western European, American, and other literatures. The journal pays special attention to issues related to the historical cultural and literary exchanges between Slovenia and Western European literatures, as well as the challenges of Slovenian emigrant literature. Articles are written in the language of the literature being analyzed (English, German, French, Italian), with abstracts provided in a foreign language and summaries in Slovenian.

Those examples are references to articles in scholarly journals and how they are supposed to appear in your bibliography.

Not all journals organize their published articles in volumes and issues, so these fields are optional. Some electronic journals do not provide a page range, but instead list an article identifier. In a case like this it's safe to use the article identifier instead of the page range.
