The journal "Alcohol and Alcoholism" publishes papers in the fields of biomedical, psychological, and sociological aspects of alcohol abuse and research, provided that they make significant new contributions to the knowledge in this area. The papers include new experimental results, descriptions of new experiments (including clinical studies), and methods that are of significant importance to the field of alcohol research and treatment, or new interpretations of existing results. Theoretical contributions are given equal consideration to empirical work, as long as such theoretical contributions are not overly speculative or philosophical in nature.

Journal Citation Format
Those examples are references to articles in scholarly journals and how they are supposed to appear in your bibliography.
Not all journals organize their published articles in volumes and issues, so these fields are optional. Some electronic journals do not provide a page range, but instead list an article identifier. In a case like this it's safe to use the article identifier instead of the page range.
A journal article with 1 author
A journal article with 2 authors
