The Archives of Clinical Neuropsychology is a journal dedicated to the psychological aspects of diseases related to central nervous system dysfunction. It publishes original articles covering etiology, diagnosis, and treatment. The journal also welcomes manuscripts that address established principles of the neuropsychology profession, including: (A) service provision and assessment, (B) ethical and legal issues, and (C) educational and training methods. Empirical reports and critical reviews will be prioritized, while brief research reports, case studies, and commentaries (not exceeding two printed pages) on published articles will also be considered. At the editor's discretion, rebuttals to reviews may be invited. Occasionally, theoretical papers may also be considered.

Journal Citation Format
Those examples are references to articles in scholarly journals and how they are supposed to appear in your bibliography.
Not all journals organize their published articles in volumes and issues, so these fields are optional. Some electronic journals do not provide a page range, but instead list an article identifier. In a case like this it's safe to use the article identifier instead of the page range.
