The Archives of Histology and Cytology is a journal that provides prompt publication of original research on the histology and histochemistry of humans and animals. The articles published are primarily focused on studies involving vertebrates; however, investigations involving invertebrates may also be accepted if their purpose and findings are of common interest to vertebrate researchers. Pathological studies may also be considered if the observations and interpretations contribute to a better understanding of the normal features of the relevant cells or tissues. Additionally, this journal publishes reviews that offer evaluations and critical interpretations of recent studies and theories.

Journal Citation Format
Those examples are references to articles in scholarly journals and how they are supposed to appear in your bibliography.
Not all journals organize their published articles in volumes and issues, so these fields are optional. Some electronic journals do not provide a page range, but instead list an article identifier. In a case like this it's safe to use the article identifier instead of the page range.
A journal article with 1 author
A journal article with 2 authors
A journal article with 3 authors
A journal article with 5 or more authors
