Mendeleev Communications is a journal founded by the Russian Academy of Sciences, initially established in 1991 through a collaboration between the Soviet Academy of Sciences and the Royal Society of Chemistry. Since January 1, 2007, ELSEVIER has become the new publishing partner for Mendeleev Communications. The journal primarily publishes short articles in the field of chemistry, particularly research papers from the Russian Federation and other former Soviet countries. However, it also welcomes submissions from authors around the world. Mendeleev Communications is not a translation journal; it is published directly in English. The international editorial board consists of renowned scientists who provide guidance on the review policy.

Journal Citation Format
Those examples are references to articles in scholarly journals and how they are supposed to appear in your bibliography.
Not all journals organize their published articles in volumes and issues, so these fields are optional. Some electronic journals do not provide a page range, but instead list an article identifier. In a case like this it's safe to use the article identifier instead of the page range.
A journal article with 1 author
A journal article with 2 authors
A journal article with 3 authors
A journal article with 5 or more authors

Here are examples of references for authored and edited books.

Sometimes references to web sites should appear directly in the text rather than in the bibliography.
