The following features are also the requirements for medical ethics to make a big contribution to health care in China: having a theory which is suitable for China's national conditions; daring to face the serious and realistic problems; the researchers having corresponding relatively complete knowledge system. However,some deficiencies still exist in medical ethics in China,such as short of innovative concept,research on serious and realistic issues is still less,unreasonable knowledge structure,etc. Therefore,we should pay attention to the research on discipline development and plan; pay attention to the knowledge innovation,new concept and new theory; pay attention to the application of mathematical methods and the introduction of other discipline knowledge; strengthen the propaganda and improve the public awareness on medical ethics.

From a macroscopical view,general practitioners can bring substantial economic benefits and broad social benefits. From a microscopic view,they also can make effective use of family medical resources,bring convenient for old people going to a doctor and carry out an important role of health education. Improving the  General Practitioner- Elderly service mode,the government needs to further improve the elderly medical service system and security system,vigorously promote grass-roots community health service institutions of medical conditions,develop specialized general medical personnel according to the needs of the elderly,implement contractual service relationships between general practitioners and the elderly.

Data sharing is very important for epidemic prevention and control of major infectious disease.The regulatory framework of data access, such as ethical governance and data security, lags behind technology. Public health ethics can provide a certain principle support for review practice; however,it can not solve the special problems of major infectious diseases.Potential solutions to challenges need to be explored. Data sharing and re-use of major infectious diseases for scientific research purposes should be reviewed by Data Access Committee(DAC). DAC should review thoroughly on ethical acceptability,data security and property rights.The contents during and after the epidemic should emphasized on different aspects respectively.Procedures should be developed to facilitate and accelerate review during serious epidemic period.However,the significant potential risks and ethical concerns should be assessed and reviewed.

The property rights and their ownership of data is the basis of rights and interests’ distribution during data sharing and applications.It is an important problem to be solved for sustainable data sharing. At present,there is a lack of recognized solutions to identify the property rights of data, especially big data in healthcare and medicine. According tothe author, big data has possessed the attributes of commodity and property rights.A potential solution of the cognizance and ownership of property rights for big data in healthcare and medicineunder the legal framework of existing property rights(including intellectual property rights)was suggested. The ownership of personal data and integrated data should be clearly stipulated by law. In addition, the corresponding property rights of big data should be defined or authorized through detailed rules. To big data in healthcare and medicine, ethical factors should be consideredin identification of property rightsand legal resrictions on these rights, so as to balance between individual interests and social public welfare.

Drug clinical trial is an important link to determine whether a new drug is safe and effective.Informed consent is an important document to protect the rights and interests of subjects in clinical trial.Based on its own work and combined with clinical trials projects,this paper discussed the problems existing in the signing of informed consent and analyzed the problems existing in the informed consent form and the problems that bidders,researchers,ethics committee and subjects should pay attention to when signing the informed consent form.To standardize and improve the problems of informed consent signing in order to contribute to the development of clinical trials.
