Acta Orthopaedica et Traumatologica Turcica (AOTT) is an international, scientific, and open-access journal published under the principles of independent, impartial, and double-blind peer review. It is the official publication of the Turkish Society of Orthopaedics and Traumatology and the Turkish Orthopaedic and Traumatology Association. The journal is published bi-monthly in January, March, May, July, September, and November. The publication language is English, and its aim is to publish original research of the highest scientific and clinical value in orthopaedics, traumatology, and related fields. The scope of the journal includes, but is not limited to, diagnostic, therapeutic, and preventive methods related to orthopaedics and traumatology. Acta Orthopaedica et Traumatologica Turcica publishes clinical and basic research articles, case reports, personal clinical and technical notes, systematic reviews and meta-analyses, as well as letters to the editor. Proceedings from scientific conferences are also considered for publication. The target audience includes healthcare professionals, physicians, and researchers interested in or working in the fields of orthopaedics and traumatology and related disciplines.
