The African Journal of Range and Forage Science is a leading academic journal in the field of rangeland and forage science in Africa, dedicated to publishing high-quality original research that promotes rangeland ecology and management. The journal welcomes internationally significant research from around the world, with a particular focus on studies related to Africa and its contexts. It aims to advance science and its applications, encouraging authors to clearly articulate the practical significance of their work. Peer-reviewed research papers and research notes cover various aspects of rangeland ecology and management, including ecophysiology, biogeochemistry, interactions between terrestrial plants and herbivores (both domestic and wild), rangeland assessment and monitoring, the impact of climate change on rangelands, rangeland management and restoration, ecosystem services that support production, conservation and biodiversity goals, as well as the identification and development of intensive and semi-intensive rangeland and forage resources to meet livestock production needs. The journal particularly encourages research that emphasizes interdisciplinary links between biophysical and social sciences, especially those that support management, policy, and social values. Additionally, it includes relevant book reviews and invited perspectives aimed at advancing the field of rangeland and forage science. Authors are welcome to discuss issues raised in the journal in letters to the editor. The African Journal of Range and Forage Science is the official journal of the Southern African Society for Rangeland Management.

Journal Citation Format
Those examples are references to articles in scholarly journals and how they are supposed to appear in your bibliography.
Not all journals organize their published articles in volumes and issues, so these fields are optional. Some electronic journals do not provide a page range, but instead list an article identifier. In a case like this it's safe to use the article identifier instead of the page range.
A journal article with 1 author
A journal article with 2 authors
A journal article with 3 authors
A journal article with 5 or more authors

Here are examples of references for authored and edited books.
