The Australian Journal of Rural Health is dedicated to publishing research articles in the field of rural health. The journal fosters interdisciplinary networking, enabling rural health professionals to form a cohesive team that collaboratively advances rural practice across all health disciplines. It aims to establish a national and international reputation through the quality of its academic discourse and its value to rural health practitioners. Unless otherwise stated, all submitted articles are peer-reviewed by at least two experts in the field.
