Metiers de la Petite Enfance is a multidisciplinary monthly journal aimed at helping professionals reflect on their practices and present initiatives that enable everyone to support the development and well-being of children with confidence. The journal is structured around diverse and original themes rooted in the daily lives of early childhood professionals, whether they work in collective or family settings. Numerous sections are dedicated to children's development and health, hygiene and safety, support for disabilities, team collaboration, as well as human sciences, haptonomy, ergonomics, and the well-being of professionals. It is true that quality care relies on the flourishing of the professionals who provide it each day. The Pedagogy and Animation section shares grassroots initiatives, while updates on legal matters and practice analysis complement the pages throughout the issues. All articles aim to cross perspectives and stimulate reflection among various professionals regarding young children, regardless of the location and modalities of care.
