As of January 1999, the journal "Clinical Neurophysiology" was formed by the merger of the journals "Electroencephalography" and "Clinical Neurophysiology" along with its two sections, "Electromyography and Motor Control" and "Evoked Potentials." "Clinical Neurophysiology" is the official journal of the International Federation of Clinical Neurophysiology in Brazil, the Czech Society of Clinical Neurophysiology, the Italian Society of Clinical Neurophysiology, and the International Society of Intraoperative Neurophysiology. This journal is dedicated to promoting research and disseminating information on all aspects of normal and abnormal function of the nervous system. Its primary aim is to disseminate academic reports on the pathophysiological basis of diseases affecting the central and peripheral nervous systems in human patients. The use of neurophysiological measures to record changes in clinical trials is encouraged, as well as the submission of manuscripts reporting comprehensive neuroimaging data of central nervous function, including but not limited to functional MRI, MEG, EEG, PET, and other neuroimaging modalities.

Journal Citation Format

Those examples are references to articles in scholarly journals and how they are supposed to appear in your bibliography.

Not all journals organize their published articles in volumes and issues, so these fields are optional. Some electronic journals do not provide a page range, but instead list an article identifier. In a case like this it's safe to use the article identifier instead of the page range.

A journal article with 1 author

A journal article with 2 authors

A journal article with 3 authors

A journal article with 5 or more authors
