Archival Science promotes the development of archival studies as an independent scientific discipline. This journal covers all aspects of archival science theory, methods, and practice, exploring various cultural approaches to the creation, management, and access to archives, records, and data. It seeks to facilitate the exchange and comparison of concepts, perspectives, and attitudes related to record preservation issues worldwide. The methodology of archival science is integrative, interdisciplinary, and cross-cultural, encompassing the entire field of information related to the record process and analyzing it in terms of form, structure, and context. To achieve its goals, this journal draws on scientific disciplines that address the functions of records and their creation, preservation, and retrieval, as well as the contexts of information generation and management, and the social and cultural environments of record creation across different times and places.

Those examples are references to articles in scholarly journals and how they are supposed to appear in your bibliography.

Not all journals organize their published articles in volumes and issues, so these fields are optional. Some electronic journals do not provide a page range, but instead list an article identifier. In a case like this it's safe to use the article identifier instead of the page range.
