The Journal of Nonlinear Mathematical Physics (JNMP) publishes research papers in the form of letters, articles, and review articles on fundamental mathematics and computational methods in mathematical physics. This journal focuses on the description, solutions, and applications of nonlinear problems in both physics and mathematics. The main subjects include: nonlinear equations in mathematical physics, quantum algebra and integrability, discrete integrable systems and discrete geometry, applications of Lie group theory and Lie algebras, noncommutative geometry, hypergeometric and superintegrable systems, integrability and non-integrability (Painlevé analysis), inverse scattering method, geometry of soliton equations and applications of twistors, classical and quantum many-body problems, deformation and geometric quantization, instantons, monopoles, and gauge theory, as well as differential geometry and mathematical physics.

Journal Citation Format

Those examples are references to articles in scholarly journals and how they are supposed to appear in your bibliography.

Not all journals organize their published articles in volumes and issues, so these fields are optional. Some electronic journals do not provide a page range, but instead list an article identifier. In a case like this it's safe to use the article identifier instead of the page range.

A journal article with 1 author

A journal article with 2 authors

A journal article with 3 authors

A journal article with 5 or more authors

Here are examples of references for authored and edited books.

Sometimes references to web sites should appear directly in the text rather than in the bibliography.
