Computational Geosciences publishes high-quality papers on mathematical modeling, simulation, numerical analysis, and other computational aspects of Earth sciences. The journal particularly focuses on advanced numerical methods for simulating subsurface flow and transport, as well as related topics such as discretization, meshing, scaling, optimization, data assimilation, uncertainty assessment, and high-performance parallel and grid computing. While primarily centered on these themes, the journal also considers papers applicable to other fields of Earth sciences, such as geomechanics, geophysics, oceanography, and meteorology. It provides a platform for interaction and multidisciplinary collaboration among diverse scientific communities from academia and industry, including mathematicians, engineers, chemists, physicists, and Earth scientists, who share an interest in developing mathematical models and effective algorithms to address these challenges.

Journal Citation Format
Those examples are references to articles in scholarly journals and how they are supposed to appear in your bibliography.
Not all journals organize their published articles in volumes and issues, so these fields are optional. Some electronic journals do not provide a page range, but instead list an article identifier. In a case like this it's safe to use the article identifier instead of the page range.
A journal article with 1 author
A journal article with 2 authors
A journal article with 3 authors
A journal article with 5 or more authors
Books Citation Format
Here are examples of references for authored and edited books.

Sometimes references to web sites should appear directly in the text rather than in the bibliography.
