Physics in Perspective aims to bridge the gap between physicists and non-physicists through historical and philosophical studies. These studies often illustrate the unpredictability of observations, experiments, and theories that have occurred over long periods in academia, as well as interdisciplinary interactions, including those in governmental and industrial contexts, and related fields such as astrophysics, chemical physics, and geophysics. The journal also publishes first-person narratives by physicists about their significant contributions, biographical articles, book reviews, and guided tours of historical sites in cities around the world. It strives to make all articles accessible to a broad audience, including scientists, educators, students, and the general public. Bibliographic data: Physics in Perspective. Published annually with 1 volume, approximately 4 issues per volume, and about 500 pages per volume, in a format of 15.5 x 23.5 cm. ISSN 1422-6944 (print), ISSN 1422-6960 (online).

Journal Citation Format

Those examples are references to articles in scholarly journals and how they are supposed to appear in your bibliography.

Not all journals organize their published articles in volumes and issues, so these fields are optional. Some electronic journals do not provide a page range, but instead list an article identifier. In a case like this it's safe to use the article identifier instead of the page range.

A journal article with 1 author

A journal article with 2 authors

A journal article with 3 authors

A journal article with 5 or more authors
