Action Research is an international, interdisciplinary, peer-reviewed journal that serves as a forum for the development of action research theory and practice. Our aim is to provide a platform for participatory, action-oriented inquiry into meaningful questions—questions that are relevant to individuals in their daily lives, enabling them to thrive in their organizations and communities, while also demonstrating a deep concern for the broader ecology. The journal seeks to offer a viable alternative to dominant "disinterested" models of social science, making it relevant to the actual conduct of people's lives, their organizations, and their communities.

Those examples are references to articles in scholarly journals and how they are supposed to appear in your bibliography.

Not all journals organize their published articles in volumes and issues, so these fields are optional. Some electronic journals do not provide a page range, but instead list an article identifier. In a case like this it's safe to use the article identifier instead of the page range.
