TREE-RING RESEARCH (TRR) 致力于有关树木年轮的论文以及树木年轮研究在各个领域的应用,包括但不限于考古学、地质学、生态学、水文学、气候学、林业、和植物学。涉及研究成果、数据获取或分析新技术以及区域或面向主题的评论或综合的论文被考虑发表。科学论文通常分为两大类。文章不应超过 5000 字,或大约 20 个双倍行距的打字页,包括表格、参考文献和不超过 200 字的摘要。作为文章提交的所有手稿都由至少两名审稿人审阅。研究报告通常由至少一名外部裁判审阅,不应超过 1500 字或包含两个以上的数字。研究报告涉及技术发展,描述有据可查但初步的研究结果,或呈现文章格式不适合的发现。 500 字或更少的书籍或专着评论也被考虑在内。偶尔会发表其他类别的论文。所有论文仅以英文发表。如果作者提供带有英文翻译的文章或报告的摘要,则可以用其他语言打印。
