Behavioral Sleep Medicine focuses on the behavioral dimensions of normal and abnormal sleep mechanisms, as well as the prevention, assessment, and treatment of sleep disorders and related behavioral and emotional issues. The journal accepts intervention standards guided by established principles of behavior change, aiming to serve as a knowledge hub for the application of behavioral and cognitive sciences to the study of both normal and disordered sleep. Its content includes academic research in areas such as normal sleep experiences, insomnia, the relationship between daytime functioning and sleep, parasomnias, circadian rhythm disorders, treatment adherence, pediatrics, and geriatrics. Multidisciplinary approaches are particularly welcomed, encompassing foundational, applied, and clinical outcome research in humans. Behavioral Sleep Medicine also features a diversity of methodologies, including innovative case studies, quasi-experimental designs, randomized trials, epidemiological studies, and critical reviews.

Journal Citation Format
Those examples are references to articles in scholarly journals and how they are supposed to appear in your bibliography.
Not all journals organize their published articles in volumes and issues, so these fields are optional. Some electronic journals do not provide a page range, but instead list an article identifier. In a case like this it's safe to use the article identifier instead of the page range.

A journal article with 2 authors
A journal article with 3 authors
A journal article with 5 or more authors
