This paper examine the influence of tick size reduction on the market liquidity using trading friction in Indonesian Stock Exchange an emerging order driven market. The empirical results show that variable in determining the difference in performance of IDX stocks following the tick size reduction is the price of the stock. Low priced stocks experience larger declines in trading friction than high priced stocks. Tick size reduction has a significant impact on the real friction (% TS1 and% TS2) compared to the total friction (% S &% ES). The difference test of the average change in proportional quoted half spread (%S) and proportional effective half spread (%ES) as the impact of tick size reduction can’t prove there is the influence of tick size reduction on market liquidity, because the parameter isn't significant. While the difference test of the average change in proportional first traded half spread (% TS1) and proportional second traded half spread (% TS2) can prove the effect of the tick size reduction to the decline in trading friction.

Impact of Tick Size Reduction on the Market Liquidity Using Trading Friction

In the article methodological approaches to assessing the Ukraine’s agriculture competitiveness have been substantiated. In particular, an algorithm and evaluation toolkit have been developed, which includes the calculation of the integrated index of agricultural competitiveness based on the generalization of six partial indices: the level of economic development of the industry, the efficiency of management of the production process, profitability, financial stability and solvency, business activity in the industry, efficiency of sales management and goods promotion on the markets, participation in foreign economic activity.
Based on the developed methodology, an estimation of the competitiveness of Ukraine’s agriculture for 2013-2017 was carried out. The obtained results showed that the positive dynamics of the index integrated of agricultural competitiveness first of all was determined by indicators of profitability, production process management, financial stability and solvency. A downward factor was the low rate of Ukrainian agriculture’s participation in foreign economic activity, namely, the growth of imports and insignificant volumes of foreign investment.
The versatility of an integrated index of competitiveness allows to make a comparative assessment of the industries competitiveness level within the national economy and to determine to what extent some of them are capable of becoming the locomotive of the Ukrainian economy in international markets. This creates the possibility of developing an effective economic policy to support the most competitive industries based on a rational allocation of public funds, and to form a long-term competitive policy of the state at the sectoral level. The spread of the practice of international comparisons in the future will allow determining what factors provide competitive advantages for agriculture in international markets and which ones need to be strengthened.

Approaches to Evaluation of the Agriculture Competitiveness Level: Empirical Evidence in Ukraine

To be successful at market-oriented farming, the farmer needs more outstanding farm management and entrepreneurial skills. Being an entrepreneur is a way of life and a way of looking at the world. An entrepreneurial farmer makes farming decisions in a complex, competitive, and collaborative environment. This article aims to illustrate the weakness of a farmer in becoming a farmer-entrepreneur. This study employed an interview form to collect primary data from farmers, local collectors, wholesalers, and retailers, to analyze marketing channels and marketing margins. Gathering quantity and yield data forecast cabbage prices using Exponential smoothing adjusted for Trend and Seasonal Variation -Winter's Model to compare suitable time and produce in reality. According to the study results, the results show the farmer process still does not achieve Farmer Entrepreneurship characteristics that why they cannot improve household economics situation.

This study examines the factors influencing attitudes, intentions, and knowledge-sharing behavior that consists of knowledge collecting and knowledge donating in the knowledge portal. The authors used the purposive sampling technique and tested confirmatory factor analysis (CFA), Cronbach’s alpha, and model testing with Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis with AMOS. Further, the study surveyed 600 auditors and answered 28 questions, with 311 samples processed. An online questionnaire was distributed in March 2020. The authors analyzed and had two significant findings. Firstly, organizational reward and reciprocal benefit were proven not to be expected from knowledge-sharing activities. Employees are willing to share knowledge without concern about reward and reciprocity; they enjoy sharing knowledge to help their colleagues. Secondly, enhancement in the knowledge collection process intensifies knowledge donation activities. A knowledge portal, which tends to be a repository of knowledge, needs further developed into a learning management system. Dynamic interaction is expected among people who want to share their knowledge and find the required knowledge. An adequate information and communication technology is crucial to support an e-learning practice in the organization. This study provides another perspective on knowledge-sharing behavior in the knowledge portal as a form of online learning that can be further discussed.

Affecting Factors of Knowledge Sharing Behavior in the Knowledge Portal

Over the last few years, most countries in the world have revolutionized their accounting practices especially. Such revolutions encompass the adaptation or adoption of local accounting practices and harmonizing it with that of the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) – formerly International Accounting Standards (IAS). This research aims to analyze how Iraq adopted the International Financial Reporting Standards. This research examines the influence of the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) adopted in Iraqi domestic economic units. It is aimed at investigating how and whether the Interim Financial Reports (INFR) in Iraqi domestic economic units’ changes following IFRS implementation. A survey questionnaire was used to conduct to achieve the goal. The research results show that Interim Financial Reports (INFR) in Iraqi domestic economic units changes also shows that the level of disclosure provided in the Interim Financial Statements (INFS) increases after adopting IFRS. The main recommendation for this research is to increase training strength in all directions related to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) practices to get usefulness of all possible opportunities may appear.

Current study aimed at measuring the attention that was given to E-HRM during COVID 19 pandemic the need to move towards managing the working teams virtually. Variables of E-HRM taken into consideration included (E-Recruitment, E-Training, E-Performance Management and E-Compensation). Through adopting the quantitative methodology, an online questionnaire was answered by (365) manager and employee within insurance sector in Jordan. SPSS was used to tackle and handle the gathered primary data, results indicated that now more attention is given to E-HRM practices after it succeeded in supporting internal operations of organization during the pandemic lockdown, and many organizations are welling to keep using E-HRM practices as according to tis convenient. Among the chosen variables of E-HRM; all managed to score a high and positive relationship to independent variable except for e-compensation which scored a medium relationship to COVID 19. Study recommended the need to reconsider human resource practices in the Jordanian insurance sector by intensifying training on managing remote workers and a mechanism for solving problems that may arise in a virtual work environment. Including that, study found out that operating virtually and remotely isn't enough; there is a must to automate the organizational culture not only its operations.

How Did Covid19 Increased Reliance on E-Human Resource Management: Jordanian Insurance Sector Case

This study aims to explain the phenomenon of synergity and competency between management and workers in the process of handling explosive goods in the Dahana Marunda Explosives Warehouse at North Jakarta, Indonesia. Game theory is used to explain the differences in competencies between workers and warehouse management who must work hand in hand in handling dangerous goods. Using qualitative research methods, primary data are collected through observation and interview instruments, while secondary data were obtained from documents related to handling explosives which are then analyzed inductively.
The results of this study expose: First, handling dangerous goods includes warehouse functions, types of explosives, sending and receiving explosives, as well as the loading, licensing and storage of explosives. Second, labor synergity and warehouse management shows a pattern of group collaboration in which problem solving, decision making, differences in values blend into one cohesiveness. Third, the competency of the labor team and the warehouse management is seen based on the competency criteria and factors that affect competencies that are different but synergize with each other. Fourth, based on the analysis from the perspective of game theory, differences in competencies do not necessarily result in disputes between workers and warehouse management in handling explosives, on the contrary the labor and warehouse teams maintain mutual synergy by prioritizing teamwork, common vision-mission and standard procedures for handling explosives.

Synergy and Competency of Labor and Management in Handling Dangerous Goods with Game Theory Approach

The main purpose of this paper is to investigate about the dimensions of quality of work life (QWL) which affects the performance and work life of public and private sector bank employees in Bihar, India. The quality of work life is to be measured by the dimensions which are affecting employee day to day work life and work relation at the work place. The QWL can be measured through eight significant dimensions which were directly or indirectly efficiently balancing their work and life.
In further, aim of the present study is to understand Quality of work Life of employees in public sector and private sector banks and compare the work life balance with both type of banks’ employees. The study is based on descriptive & inferential statistics and primary data has been collected through structured questionnaire from both public and private sector employees respectively. The total 250 bank employees’ data has been gathered and 5 point Likert scaling technique is used to measure the factors. With the use of various statistical measures like “t” test and ANOVA the study indicates that out of eight dimensions only social integration and social relevance are significant and others are similar. However, the opinion of male and female employee of public and private sector banks towards social integration in the work and social relevance of working life has been found significant to improve the QWL of bank employees.

Online consumer reviews offer a unique and abundant amount of information for consumers to assess the process and services previously. This study aimed to investigate the factors that affect online review usefulness and their impact on consumer purchases. Utilizing the structural equation modelling approach with smartpls software to investigate consumer's perception toward review usefulness and purchase decisions. Findings indicate that the product information and price perceptions have a positive impact and are substantially associated with online review usefulness, which impacts their purchasing decisions. The study concludes that the richness of information and ability to evaluate goods is the key characteristic of online review usefulness in consumers' perceptions.
