Ad Hoc Networks is an international and archival journal that provides a comprehensive publishing platform for researchers involved in the fields of ad hoc and sensor networks. The journal welcomes original, high-quality, and unpublished contributions that address all aspects of self-organizing and sensor networks. Specific areas of interest include, but are not limited to: mobile and wireless ad hoc networks, sensor networks, wireless local area networks and personal area networks, home networks, networking of autonomous intelligent systems, new architectures for ad hoc and sensor networks, self-organizing network architectures and protocols, transport layer protocols, routing protocols (unicast, multicast, geographic broadcasting, etc.), media access control techniques, error control schemes, energy-efficient and low-power designs, synchronization and scheduling issues, mobility management, mobile fault-tolerant communication protocols, location tracking and location-based services, resource and information management, security and fault-tolerance issues, hardware and software platforms, systems and testing platforms, experimental and prototype results, quality of service issues, cross-layer interactions, scalability issues, and performance analysis and simulation of protocols.

Journal Citation Format
Those examples are references to articles in scholarly journals and how they are supposed to appear in your bibliography.
Not all journals organize their published articles in volumes and issues, so these fields are optional. Some electronic journals do not provide a page range, but instead list an article identifier. In a case like this it's safe to use the article identifier instead of the page range.
A journal article with 1 author
A journal article with 2 authors
A journal article with 3 authors
A journal article with 5 or more authors
Books Citation Format
Here are examples of references for authored and edited books.

Web sites Citation Format
Sometimes references to web sites should appear directly in the text rather than in the bibliography.
