The theory of difference equations and their wide-ranging applications have entered a new phase, becoming a central focus in applied analysis. Over the past 15 years, hundreds of research papers, several monographs, and numerous international conferences and workshops have witnessed the vigorous development of this field. The theories of differential and difference equations represent two extremes of real-world problems. For instance, simple population models exhibit good behavior in solutions when expressed as differential equations, while corresponding discrete simulations may display chaotic behavior. The actual behavior of populations lies between these two extremes. The aim of this journal is to primarily report new developments in the field of differential equations and their applications across various domains. We also welcome research articles that emphasize the qualitative behavior of solutions to ordinary, partial, delay, fractional, abstract, stochastic, fuzzy, and set-valued differential equations. The journal will accept high-quality articles containing original research results and surveys that hold special academic value.

Journal Citation Format
Those examples are references to articles in scholarly journals and how they are supposed to appear in your bibliography.
Not all journals organize their published articles in volumes and issues, so these fields are optional. Some electronic journals do not provide a page range, but instead list an article identifier. In a case like this it's safe to use the article identifier instead of the page range.
A journal article with 1 author
A journal article with 2 authors
A journal article with 3 authors
A journal article with 5 or more authors

Here are examples of references for authored and edited books.
