The International Journal of Telemedicine and Applications aims to bring together the science and applications of medical practice and care at a distance, along with supporting technologies such as computing, communications, and networking. It focuses on telemedicine techniques and applications, targeting practicing engineers, academic researchers, doctors, nurses, and other professionals. Telemedicine is an information technology that enables doctors to conduct medical consultations, diagnoses, and treatments, as well as medical education, away from patients. For instance, doctors can remotely examine patients using remote viewing monitors and sound devices, or by sampling physiological data through telecommunications. Telemedicine technology is applied in areas such as emergency healthcare, video consulting, telecardiology, telepathology, teledermatology, teleophthalmology, teleoncology, telepsychiatry, and teledentistry. The International Journal of Telemedicine and Applications will highlight the ongoing growth and new challenges in telemedicine, its applications, and supporting technologies, addressing both application development and basic research. Papers should emphasize original results or case studies related to the theory and/or applications of telemedicine. Tutorial papers, especially those that emphasize multidisciplinary perspectives on telemedicine, are also welcome. The International Journal of Telemedicine and Applications employs a paperless electronic submission and evaluation system to promote a rapid turnaround in the peer-review process.

Journal Citation Format
Those examples are references to articles in scholarly journals and how they are supposed to appear in your bibliography.
Not all journals organize their published articles in volumes and issues, so these fields are optional. Some electronic journals do not provide a page range, but instead list an article identifier. In a case like this it's safe to use the article identifier instead of the page range.
A journal article with 1 author
A journal article with 2 authors
A journal article with 3 authors
A journal article with 5 or more authors
