The Central European Journal of International and Security Studies (CEJISS) was founded in December 2006 by Editor in Chief Mitchell Belfer, Deputy Editor in Chief David Erkomaishvili, Head of the Academic Centre Nigorakhon Turakhanova, and Petr Kucera, as an autonomous branch of the Department of International Relations and European Studies at Metropolitan University Prague. The initial goal was to develop and globally project a uniquely Central European perspective on unfolding international and security issues. This included an initial outreach program to attract scholars from the four Central European states—the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, and the Slovak Republic—to participate in the journal as authors and members of the Editorial and then Advisory Boards. However, by the time of the first issue, it became clear that CEJISS was also capable of acting as a platform for non-Central European scholars to present their academic research to a more regional audience. Since its first issue in June 2007, CEJISS has literally become a two-way street—it helps Central European scholars enter international academia while also allowing international scholars to enter Central Europe.

Those examples are references to articles in scholarly journals and how they are supposed to appear in your bibliography.
Not all journals organize their published articles in volumes and issues, so these fields are optional. Some electronic journals do not provide a page range, but instead list an article identifier. In a case like this it's safe to use the article identifier instead of the page range.
