BONE is an interdisciplinary forum dedicated to the rapid publication of original articles and reviews concerning the fundamental, translational, and clinical aspects of bone and mineral metabolism. The journal also encourages submissions on the interactions between bone and other organ systems, including cartilage, endocrine, muscle, fat, nerve, vascular, gastrointestinal, hematopoietic, and immune systems. Special emphasis is placed on applying experimental research to clinical practice.
