Air Quality, Atmosphere and Health is a multidisciplinary journal that focuses on the impact of human activities on the atmosphere and its effects on human and ecological health. The journal publishes research papers, critical literature reviews, and thematic commentaries, covering a wide range of topics. The papers presented in this journal aim to inform and inspire a global readership, as the subjects discussed have global significance. Therefore, we do not encourage the submission of papers that involve local data related to local issues unless they demonstrate broad applicability; such papers are better suited for national or regional journals. Topics covered by the journal include acid deposition, particulate matter in the air, air quality monitoring and management, exposure assessment, risk assessment, indoor air quality, atmospheric chemistry, atmospheric modeling and prediction, air pollution climatology, climate change and air quality, air pollution measurement, atmospheric impact assessment, forest fire emissions, atmospheric science, greenhouse gases, health and ecological impacts, clean air technologies, regional and global changes, and satellite measurements. This journal serves as a platform for researchers, public health officials, and policymakers, helping them address issues that require evidence from atmospheric and exposure assessment scientists, epidemiologists, and risk assessors. Publishing articles in this journal provides researchers with the opportunity to reach a broader audience beyond their defined fields.

Journal Citation Format

Those examples are references to articles in scholarly journals and how they are supposed to appear in your bibliography.

Not all journals organize their published articles in volumes and issues, so these fields are optional. Some electronic journals do not provide a page range, but instead list an article identifier. In a case like this it's safe to use the article identifier instead of the page range.

A journal article with 1 author

A journal article with 2 authors

A journal article with 3 authors

A journal article with 5 or more authors
