The concept of Smart Cities was developed during the first decade of 21st century and the govt. of India has started the smart city mission since June, 2015. Smart city e-governance is an integral part of this paper and the deliverables are quite helpful for citizen centric services. The ‘smartness’ of a city is linked to the provision of city centric services, high quality of life and the proper utilization of available resources in tandem with the government, which helps through investments in citizens, transport and modern communication infrastructure (ICT) for sustainable economic development. In view of the problems of the current modeling methods for the statistical characteristics of matching probability and measurement error, the modeling method of matching probability and measurement error statistical characteristics based on machine learning is proposed. According to the requirements of total sequence matching probability and system matching times, the sequence matching probability is calculated. The measurement error is analyzed in the process of acquisition and matching, and the measurable interference parameters are obtained. According to the analysis results, the mean value of matching measurement error is standardized, and the matching probability and measurement error statistical characteristics are established sex model. The experimental results show that the matching probability and measurement error statistical model of this method has high accuracy, and has good application effect in practical application.

Feature Information Recognition of Waste Recycling Resource Set Based on Data Mining

Using the dynamic panel threshold model and data of 41 countries along “the Belt and Road” from 2003 to 2017, this paper empirically tests the impact of China’s outward foreign direct investment (OFDI) on technological progress of these countries and its threshold effect. The results show that OFDI exerts different effects on technological progress of countries along the route within different thresholds range. Based on the classification of different country types, when FD is below than the threshold value, China’s OFDI in transitional and developing countries has no significant impact on their technological progress, while developed countries have a more significant positive correlation; other, when FD is higher than the threshold value, both types of countries are significantly positively correlated, and the coefficient is greater in developed countries than in transitional and developing countries. In further research, it is divided into two periods based on the time node of 2013.

The Dynamic Panels With Threshold Effect of China's OFDI on Host Country Technological Progress

For further research of steam pressure aerated concrete board carrying capacity, puts forward construction on the basis of deep learning autoclaved aerated concrete board pressure performance research methods. Through the autoclaved aerated concrete the bearing capacity of single correlation coefficient, the relationship between the nodal force and node displacement and the relationship between them, the calculation of the autoclaved aerated concrete stiffness, obtain the autoclaved aerated concrete board yield condition. The linear buckling and nonlinear buckling of the AUTOclaved aerated concrete sandwich panel are analyzed, and the bearing capacity of the autoclaved aerated concrete sandwich panel is calculated to realize the bearing capacity analysis. The test results show that this method can effectively improve the bearing stability of autoclaved aerated concrete sandwich.

Study on Bearing Capacity of Autoclaved Aerated Concrete Partition Board Based on Deep Learning

The development of tourism services presents significant opportunities for extracting and analyzing customer sentiment. However, with the advent of multimodality, travel reviews have brought new challenges. Early methods for detecting such reviews merely combined text and image features, resulting in poor feature correlation. To address this issue, our study proposes a novel multimodal tourism review sentiment analysis method enhanced by relevant features. Initially, we employ a fusion model that combines BERT and Text-CNN for text feature extraction. This approach strengthens semantic relationships and filters noise effectively. Subsequently, we utilize ResNet-51 for image feature extraction, leveraging its ability to learn complex visual representations. Additionally, integrating an attention mechanism further enhances modality correlation, thereby improving fusion effectiveness. On the Multi-ZOL dataset, our method achieves an accuracy of 90.7% and an F1 score of 90.8%. Similarly, on the Ctrip dataset, it attains an accuracy of 83.6% and an F1 score of 84.1%.

Cultural disparities in the educational process are being examined as science and technology rapidly change, as well as large-scale transformations in the economy. Support in the form of funds is being given to graduate education in Canada. In contrast, China began a little later but has also been focusing on education. As a result, the comparison focuses on similarities and differences. The authors examine and contrast the differences in the educational processes across history to see if there are any common threads. One of the most fundamental differences is the assessment dynamics that have molded the beliefs and processes that are used on various scales. When talking about assessment culture, the authors are talking about how it may help students learn and succeed. However, despite the high levels of migration across nations like China, the United States, and Canada, little is known about the variety of evaluation methods kids encounter as they migrate from one environment to another.

Cross-Cultural Educational Disparities Between China and North America Based on Science and Technology Revolutions

Based on the long-term-oriented cultural value in Hofstede's cultural model, this study established a model of influencing factors of citizens' continuous use of digital government services. Through the multi-group analysis of the structural equation model, this paper finds that the concept of long-term development affects the continuous use of digital government services by Korean citizens. The government must pay attention to citizens' continuous use of digital government, establish citizens' long-term development concept, and provide citizens with fair and sustainable digital government services so as to realize the sustainable development of digital government. In addition, the Korean government should also pay attention to the aging construction of digital government and the education of teenagers' network information literacy so as to lay a good foundation for the sustainable development of digital government.

This study focuses on how metabus engages users and encourages them to purchase. By proposing the concepts of immersion as different ways to provide deep and meaningful user engagement, this study develops a model that explores the motivation factors of immersion and its role in explaining a user to use metabus. This study surveys 352 users using metabus in Korea and analyzes the data using AMOS 24. First, enjoyment, facilitating conditions, and self-efficacy increase users' immersion. Second, users' immersion increases their continuous use intention. Third, facilitating conditions and self-efficacy among the motivation factors of immersion increase users' continuous use intention through their immersion. Finally, affect intensity moderates the relationship between motivation factors and immersion. The findings contribute to research on metabus by paying scholarly attention to meaningful engagement characterized by immersion.
