Society is constantly developing, and people's economic level is also constantly improving. The quality of life and requirements are also increasing, and the quality of living environment is becoming more stringent. The interior design quality evaluation is viewed as the MADM. In this work, the triangular fuzzy neutrosophic number cross-entropy (TFNN-CE) technique is constructed in line with cross-entropy and triangular fuzzy neutrosophic sets (TFNSs). Then, the TFNN-CE technique is constructed to solve the MADM. Finally, a numerical example for interior design quality evaluation is constructed and serval comparisons are constructed to illustrate the advantages of put forward technique. The key contribution of this study is constructed: (1) the TFNN-CE model is put forward under TFNSs; (2) the TFNN-CE model is put forward for MADM under TFNSs; (3) the TFNN-CE model for interior design quality evaluation is put forward; (4) through employing serval comparisons, it is put forward that TFNN-CE model is effective for interior design quality evaluation.

As the world transitions toward a more sustainable energy future, energy storage power plants play an increasingly crucial role in integrating renewable energy sources into the grid. However, ensuring the safety of battery operations in these facilities remains a critical concern. Assessing battery safety operations (BSO) in energy storage power stations is complex multiple-attribute group decision-making (MAGDM) task. Recently, the logarithmic TODIM (LogTODIM) technique was introduced to handle MAGDM challenges. Single-valued neutrosophic sets (SVNSs) have also emerged as tool for managing fuzzy data in BSO risk assessments. This study proposes the single-valued neutrosophic number combined LogTODIM (SVNN-Com-LogTODIM) technique to address MAGDM within the framework of SVNSs. A numerical case study on BSO risk assessment in energy storage power stations is provided to demonstrate the SVNN-Com-LogTODIM technique through comparative analysis.

The deployment of our country's innovation driven strategy has been implemented, and transforming the economic development mode has become an important content. It is particularly important to use finance to serve technological innovation and promote economic development. The efficiency evaluation of technology finance development is multiple-attribute group decision-making (MAGDM). Presently, the utilization of Logarithmic TODIM (LogTODIM) and CoCoSo approach was implemented to address the MAGDM challenges. To effectively evaluate the development of technology finance, the application of probabilistic linguistic term sets (PLTSs) has been illustrated as a method to characterize uncertain information. This research introduces the probabilistic linguistic LogTODIM-CoCoSo (PL-LogTODIM-CoCoSo) approach to address MAGDM concerns within PLTSs. Additionally, the MEREC approach is illustrated to handle the weight assignment process under PLTSs. Finally, numerical example for efficiency evaluation of technology finance development is put forward to validate the LogTODIM-CoCoSo approach.

MEREC-Based Combined Framework for Multiple-Attribute Group Decision-Making in Probabilistic Linguistic Environment

University administrators should organize and coordinate various affairs, scientifically utilize resources such as budget, teaching equipment, and faculty, continuously improve teaching quality, and ensure the sustainable development of educational management. The sustainable development evaluation in higher education management is a multiple-attribute group decision-making (MAGDM) problem. Recently, the Exponential TODIM (ExpTODIM) and PROMETHEE technique was employed to put forward the MAGDM issues. The probabilistic linguistic term sets (PLTSs) are employed as a technique for characterizing uncertain information during the sustainable development evaluation in higher education management. In this paper, the probabilistic linguistic ExpTODIM-MABAC (PL-ExpTODIM-MABAC) technique is constructed to put forward the MAGDM under PLTSs. The MEREC technique is employed to obtain the weight values under PLTSs. Finally, a numerical example for sustainable development evaluation in higher education management is put forward to validate the ExpTODIM-MABAC technique.

Comprehensive Analysis Using Probabilistic Linguistic Group Decision-Making and MEREC Technique With Sustainable Development Evaluation in Higher Education

This study evaluates the effectiveness of static traction combined with variable resistance training in rehabilitating college students with neck and shoulder diseases. Ninety students were randomly assigned to receive either static traction alone or combined therapy. Visual analogue scale (VAS), neck disability index (NDI), cervical range of motion, electromyography (EMG), and soft tissue parameters were assessed pre- and post-treatment. Both groups showed improved VAS and NDI scores post-treatment, with greater enhancements in the combined therapy group. Cervical range of motion, EMG values, and soft tissue parameters also favored the combined therapy. Statistical analysis revealed significant differences (P&amp;lt;0.05) between groups. Static traction combined with variable resistance training effectively improves neck and shoulder function, reduces pain, and enhances rehabilitation outcomes compared to static traction alone. This approach shows promise for optimizing rehabilitation in college students with similar musculoskeletal conditions.

University mathematics, as an important core foundational course, is closely related to professional courses and occupies an important position that cannot be underestimated. University mathematics courses focus on cultivating students' abilities such as logical reasoning and abstract thinking, but the current teaching effectiveness of university mathematics courses is not optimistic. The teaching effectiveness evaluation of university mathematics education major is MADM. Currently, the CoCoSo and CRITIC technique was put forward MADM issue. The double-valued neutrosophic sets (DVNSs) are put forward characterizing fuzzy data during the teaching effectiveness evaluation of university mathematics education major. In this study, CRITIC technique was put forward the determination of attribute weights and double-valued neutrosophic number CoCoSo (DVNN-CoCoSo) technique is administrated for MADM. Finally, numerical example for teaching effectiveness evaluation of university mathematics education major is put forward to show the DVNN-CoCoSo technique.
