The journal "Applied Neuropsychology: Child" publishes clinical neuropsychology articles related to the assessment of children, brain function and neuroimaging, neuropsychological treatment, and rehabilitation. It accepts full-length articles and brief communications. We encourage in-depth case studies of children that carefully evaluate the nature, processes, or treatments of clinical neuropsychological disorders within the context of scientific literature. Papers that are clinically relevant to other researchers in the field are given priority. All submitted manuscripts undergo an initial assessment by the editor-in-chief, and those deemed suitable for further consideration are sent for peer review by independent anonymous experts. All peer reviews are single-blind and submissions are made online through SCHOLARONE MANUSCRIPTS.

Those examples are references to articles in scholarly journals and how they are supposed to appear in your bibliography.
Not all journals organize their published articles in volumes and issues, so these fields are optional. Some electronic journals do not provide a page range, but instead list an article identifier. In a case like this it's safe to use the article identifier instead of the page range.

A journal article with 2 authors
