Large oil and gas fields are discovered in the oldest basins on many continents of the Earth. According to some estimates, ~40 % in the total proved oil and gas reserves in the world were distributed in the superdeep strata. Also, the Nyurol sedimentary basin draws a lot of interest in prospects for oil and gas potential in the Paleozoic. The perspectivity of the basin is proved by a large amount of hydrocarbon deposits in the Paleozoic discovered there, numerous oil and gas inflows. This research aims to find approaches to identify the source rocks for the pre-Jurassic hydrocarbon deposits. The main aim: estimation of the Phanerozoic rocks opportunity to generate hydrocarbons accumulated in the pre-Jurassic traps. Objects. This paper presents the results of paleotemperature modelling of the Paleozoic and Mesozoic foci of hydrocarbon generation in the Urman oil-gas-condensate field in Tomsk Region. The Urman field is included into the Chuzic-Chizhapka group of fields. The research is performed for two wells – Urman 5 and Yuzhno-Urman 1. Actual well data include well tests measurements and vitrinite reflectance determinations as in the Jurassic, so in the pre-Jurassic rocks, also recorded fluid inflows from the pre-Jurassic play. Methods. The research is based on applying paleotemperature modelling as the main research method. Paleotemperature modelling is associated with paleotectonic reconstructions and is performed in two steps. In the first step, present-day deep heat flow is determined by solving the inverse problem of Geothermics using formation temperatures. In the second step, maximum deep heat flow associated with mantle plume activation is determined applying vitrinite reflectance measurements in the pre-Jurassic rocks. Dynamics of deep heat flow is reconstructed since the Late Ordovician. As a result of solving the direct problem of Geothermics, we set thermal history of the Jurassic and pre-Jurassic oil-source rocks. Results of paleotemperature modelling for the Urman field allowed identifying possible oil-source rocks for deposits in the pre-Jurassic play. Favourable paleotemperature regime for oil generation in sedimentary sequence of both wells existed only in the Jurassic formations: Bazhenov, Tyumen and Togur. Favourable paleotemperature regime for gas generation existed only in the Paleozoic oil-source formations: in Urman 5 well – in the Late Devonian Luginetsk formation, in Yuzhno-Urman 1 – in the Early Devonian Kyshtovsk formation. The conclusion. The Paleozoic reservoirs of the Urman field accumulate partially preserved gas generated by the Paleozoic source-rocks (Kyshtovsk and Luginetsk) and oil representing a mixture of the Jurassic oil of marine (Bazhenov) and terrigenous (Togur and/or Tyumen) origin.

FOCI OF HYDROCARBON GENERATION AND THE «PALEOZOIC» OIL DEPOSITS IN THE URMAN FIELD (TOMSK REGION)

The research relevance due to significant residual oil reserves, concentrated in Cretaceous deposits of the West Siberian oil and gas province, which require the creation of innovative oil production technologies. The important issue in this case is the selection of facilities for experimental industrial work. The main criterion for such selection is the maximum possible analog facilities availability, which will allow efficient technologies replication to improve the technical and economic indicators of facilities with a significant amount of hard-to-recover residual oil reserves. The aim of the research is to create an algorithm for selecting oil production facilities in the conditions of the Western Siberia fields for innovative technologies implementation. Methods: geological and commercial analysis, methods from the image recognition theory when processing geological and commercial material arrays for deposits that have been in development for a long time. Results. The authors proposed an algorithm for selecting development facilities for implementation of innovative technologies at the Lower Cretaceous facilities of the West Siberian oil and gas province. The algorithm was created based on the use of geological and physical parameters of formations affecting predominantly oil recovery. This algorithm creation is based on as well on the formulated criteria that the facility must satisfy (a significant number of facilities analogous to the landfill one in terms of the geological structure and formations and fluid properties affecting to the greatest extent the technical and economic indicators of the deposits development; presence of significant residual or not actively involved in the development oil reserves in analogue deposits; presence of facility identification algorithms, which allow establishing the facilities identity degree and assessing risks when applying new technologies in the conditions of analogue facilities). The selection of polygon objects is proposed to be carried out in three variants: within oil and gas-bearing areas, within stratigraphic systems, within tectonic elements, depending on the requirements of the subsurface user. The obtained algorithms make it possible to select objects for replication of positive practices, as well as to increase the success of the implementation of innovative technologies.

ALGORITHM FOR SUBSTANTIATING FACILITIES SELECTION FOR INTRODUCTION OF OIL PRODUCTION INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGIES IN THE CONDITIONS OF THE LOWER CRETACEOUS DEPOSITS OF WESTERN SIBERIA

Relevance. Relative phase permeabilities determine oil by water displacement mechanism, efficiency of productive formations flooding, dynamics of producing wells flooding. Relative phase permeabilities curves allow us to estimate the inflow nature according to geophysical well studies. Currently, relative phase permeabilities curves are constructed according to core samples laboratory studies. They are used to select a mathematical model describing the nature of the curves for a given productive reservoir. The most optimal option is to justify the individual relative phase permeabilities curve parameters. This option allows transition from the core sample level to the entire productive reservoir characteristics using geophysical well studies data. Aim. To substantiate a choice of a model describing the change in the relative phase permeability curves using field geophysics data based on the adsorbed residual oil saturation and phase permeability to oil relationship. Objects. Productive layers of individual deposits of the West Siberian oil and gas province, confined to the Lower Cretaceous deposits. Methods. Statistical processing of capillarimetric research data, analysis and substantiation of mathematical models describing relative phase permeability. Results. The paper shows that the permeability to oil at residual water saturation (the starting point of the relative phase permeabilities curve to oil) is determined by the adsorbed residual reservoir oil saturation. The authors have obtained the formula, linking the adsorbed residual oil saturation coefficient with the phase permeability to oil with residual water saturation. The adsorbed residual oil saturation is also closely related to the residual reservoir water saturation. Such relation is carried out through the reservoir clay content. The authors proposed the technique that allows residual oil saturation by type structuring and mobility degree. This technique allows as well as finding out the residual reserves of mobile oil distribution to justify the recovery techniques.

Adsorbed residual oil saturation and phase permeability relationship for oil in Western Siberia productive formations

Вследствие этого образуется необходимость в восполнении фонда добычи. Наибольшие перспективы осуществления дальнейшей добычи связывают с отложениями средней юры, представляющими долгосрочную перспективу на поиск, разведку и добычу углеводородов в Западной Сибири. К тому же немаловажным фактором является распространение продуктивных отложений тюменской свиты в пределах территорий с развитой инфраструктурой. Цель: восстановить условия осадконакопления пластов ЮС2 и ЮС3 в пределах Усть-Балык-Мамонтовского вала. Объекты: нефтеносные пласты ЮС2 и ЮС3 тюменской свиты на северо-западной части Усть-Балык-Мамантовского вала. Методы: литолого-фациальный анализ кернового материала, включающий детальное описание керна, выделение литогенетических типов пород, фаций и макрофаций, гранулометрический анализ, изучение петрографических особенностей пород; анализ геофизических данных, включая геофизические исследования скважин и сейсмические исследования. Результаты. Изучены фациальные обстановки формирования пластов ЮС2 и ЮС3 тюменской свиты. Выявлено их латеральное и вертикальное распространение на исследуемом участке. Предложено разделение пласта ЮC2 на три пачки. Созданы четыре палеогеографические схемы пластов ЮC2 и ЮC3, из которых три относятся к пласту ЮC2. Спрогнозированы зоны распространения пород-коллекторов с лучшими коллекторскими свойствами, и идентифицированы наиболее перспективные зоны для бурения. Сделаны выводы о валидности выявленных закономерностей для тюменской свиты в пределах близлежащих территорий.

ПАЛЕОГЕОГРАФИЯ ТЮМЕНСКОЙ СВИТЫ В ПРЕДЕЛАХ УСТЬ-БАЛЫК-МАМОНТОВСКОГО ВАЛА

The peculiarity of the Central ore field consists in the fact that gold mineralization is entirely localized within the initially homogeneous granitoid massif, therefore, the identified mineral-geochemical zoning is almost entirely caused by superimposed post-magmatic processes. The ore-metasomatic zoning is extremely contrasting and is fixed by various methods, both traditional and the most modern. This creates a unique opportunity to refine and improve the model of formation of gold mineralization, which is widely manifested in the Altai-Sayan folded region, associated with the formation of granitoid massifs of «variegated composition». The purpose of the research is to study postmagmatic hydrothermal-metasomatic processes and the zoning of their location in the Central gold field (Kuznetsk Alatau); substantiate the genetic model of the formation of gold mineralization in the ore field. Objects: granitoids, metasomatites and ores of the Central ore field (Kuznetsk Alatau). Methods: detailed mineralogical and geochemical mapping, optical and electron microscopy, microprobe analysis, study of the typomorphic properties of minerals. Results. The products of postmagmatic hydrothermal activity mapped by the authors are combined into four formations that replace each other in time and space: 1) albite-amphibole metasomatites; 2) quartz-K-feldspar-biotite metasomatites; 3) epidote-chlorite propylites; 4) beresites with conjugated quartz-gold-sulfide veins. The earliest albite-amphibole metasomatites are confined to the bottom part of the granitoid massif and higher along the section (and from south to north) are replaced first by quartz-K-feldspar-biotite metasomatites, and then by epidote-chlorite propylites. Near-vein beresites are superimposed on all previous metasomatites. At the same time, in the zone of development of albite-amphibole metasomatites, beresites have a quartz-muscovite composition, and ores are represented by low-sulfide quartz veins. From south to north (and from bottom to top), quartz-muscovite beresites are replaced by quartz-carbonate-sericite ones, and the sulfide content of the veins consistently increases up to 50–80 %. A model is proposed for the formation of multi-tiered gold mineralization with the determining ore-controlling role of the Kuznetsk-Altai deep fault.

GENESIS AND MINERAL-GEOCHEMICAL ZONING OF THE QUARTZ-VEIN GOLD DEPOSIT CENTRAL (KUZNETSK ALATAU)

Relevance. Currently, there is an active search for photocatalytic materials suitable for water decomposition and hydrogen production that exhibit activity when exposed to visible light, and are also accessible, chemically stable and safe. In this regard, a number of materials with the general formula TinO2n-1 (n=2–10) are distinguished, they are called Magnéli phases. Despite the fact that Magnéli phases exhibit significantly higher photocatalytic activity compared to traditional titanium oxides (rutile, anatase, brookite), their practical application is currently extremely difficult due to the complexity of their synthesis. Promising approaches are those that provide well-controlled conditions with the possibility of rapid stabilization of the system, among which plasma synthesis methods stand out. Aim. To develop a method for synthesizing a product containing Magnéli phases in a high-speed jet of electric discharge plasma. Objects. Dispersed materials obtained in the Ti-O system. Methods. Plasma dynamic synthesis, X-ray diffractometry (X-ray phase analysis), scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy. Results. Using a high-speed jet of electric discharge plasma generated by a coaxial magnetoplasma accelerator, experimental studies were performed on the synthesis of non-stoichiometric titanium oxides in a carbon dioxide environment. The composition and microstructure of the obtained dispersed products were studied. It was revealed that the materials contain Magnéli phases TinO2n−1, as well as traditional stoichiometric rutile and anatase. From the point of view of the efficiency of obtaining Magnéli phases, the single-pulse mode of operation is more attractive (content over 50%), while the efficiency of CO2 conversion is higher in the multi-pulse mode (up to 10% of CO2 is converted into CO). A distinctive feature of the synthesized materials at both the micro- and nanolevels is the tendency to form particles with a high degree of sphericity. The nanofraction of the products mainly consists of rounded particles with sizes up to hundreds of nanometers, of which the Magnéli phases primarily include nanoparticles with a characteristic highly defective crystalline structure with dislocation shifts.

Synthesis of Magnéli phases in a high-speed electric discharge plasma jet

Relevance. Hydrazine and its derivatives are used in the production of corrosion inhibitors, medicines, pesticides, dyes, polymers, components of energy production and storage systems, rocket fuels. The prospect of replacing carbon fuels with hydrazine is associated with its high calorific value and the formation of environmentally friendly oxidation end products (nitrogen, water). A serious disadvantage limiting the widespread use of hydrazine is its high toxicity. When exposed to the human and animal body, hydrazine and its compounds have carcinogenic and mutagenic effects, affect the central nervous system, and cause anemia. In this regard, the development of new and improvement of existing methods for the determination of hydrazine and its compounds in environmental objects, technological and biological environments is an urgent task. Aim. To establish the possibility of voltammetric determining hydrazine in solutions using a composite polymer-carbon electrode modified with gold particles. Objects. Solutions of hydrazine salts; aqueous solutions of acids, alkalis and salts. Methods. DC voltammetry, scanning electron microscopy, X-ray spectral microanalysis, computational modeling of ion-molecular equilibria. Results. The oxidation of hydrazine in solutions of N2H4×H2SO4+0.1 М KNO3 on a polymer-carbon electrode modified with gold particles under conditions of voltammetry with linear potential sweep proceeds at potentials E&gt;0.3 V (vs. Ag/AgCl/KCl electrode) with a pronounced maximum current of anodic oxidation in the range of 0.5...0.9 V. Hydrazine oxidation on a modified electrode proceeds at low potentials due to the manifestation of the effect of electrocatalysis. It is established that the delayed stage of the electrode process is single-electron transfer. The reaction is of the first order in terms of hydrazine, is irreversible and is controlled by the diffusion of the substrate to the electrode surface. Based on the results of the analysis of the dependence of the maximum value of the hydrazine oxidation current on the modified electrode on the conditions of voltammetry (solution concentration, potential sweep rate, pH), a method for determining hydrazine in solutions is proposed. The following conditions for recording voltammograms are optimal: nitrogen deaerated background electrolyte 0.1 M KNO3, pH=5...7, the potential range for recording an analytical signal is 0.2...1.0 V, the potential sweep rate is 50 mV/s. Under these conditions, the dependence of the maximum value of the anodic oxidation current on the hydrazine concentration is described by linear regression equations in the ranges of 1×10–5…1×10–4 and 1×10–4…1.5×10–3 M N2H4 (the detection limit is 2.1×10–6 M). In comparison with the electrodes known from the literature, the modified electrode used in the work does not require a costly preparation and storage procedure, according to its analytical characteristics, the proposed method is not inferior to the most highly sensitive electrochemical methods for determining hydrazine.

Voltammetric method for determining hydrazine at a composite polymer-carbon electrode modified with gold particles

Relevance. The trend of oil production technology development is related to many relevant topics. One of such actual directions is the technology of simultaneous separate well operation, in particular, including two electric centrifugal pumps and double-sided submersible electric motor. The presence of two formations at the bottomhole implies the selection of the optimal layout, technological parameters of pumps pumping oil. Considering production from two independent formations in the well according to the mentioned technology, there is a high need in selection of correct parameters of installations at the design stage. In the absence of correct selection of technological parameters of units at the design stage, further operation of a well with two independent formations can be economically inexpedient, and in some cases unrealizable, which is due to a number of reasons. First, if the necessary underbalance is not provided for each particular formation, counterflow of fluid may occur and one of the pumps will not participate in the production process. Secondly, when operating an arrangement, which capacity significantly exceeds the capacity (fluid flow from the reservoir) of the well, there is a possibility of pumping failure and, as a consequence, there is a risk of potential failure. In this regard, an extremely urgent task at the moment is to ensure correct selection of technological parameters of electric centrifugal pump units used in simultaneous separate operation of wells with two independent formations. Aim. Development of a mathematical model that allows selecting the optimal technological parameters of the arrangement consisting of two electric centrifugal pumps and a double-sided submersible motor, used for simultaneous separate operation of wells with two independent formations. Methods. Numerical simulation methods for analyzing the operation mode of electric centrifugal pumps in conditions of oil production from two independent reservoirs. Results and conclusions. It was obtained that the developed mathematical model of the system operation mode for simultaneous separate operation of wells allows to estimate the potential of each individual selected pump during oil production (in time dynamics) by analyzing the depression on each individual reservoir, as well as modeling the process taking into account the potential backflow of liquid and supply failure.

Mathematical model of the system performance mode for simultaneous separate well operation

Relevance. The need for timely control of the state of water basins and prevention of their catastrophic pollution due to the processes of handling bottom sediments. Aim. To generalize normative and published data devoted to the problem of assessment of bottom sediments pollution and application of modern technologies of remediation of sediments contaminated with heavy metals. Results and conclusions. The article shows that the most significant transformations in the composition and properties of bottom sediments naturally occur in the conditions of the highest load, typical for historically industrialized and urbanized regions. The authors have carried out a review of regulatory support for the assessment and remediation of contaminated bottom sediments. The paper highlights the gaps in the existing regulatory framework applied in Russia related to the lack of requirements for safe concentrations of toxic metals in bottom sediments. Systematization and analysis of applied technologies for bottom sediments remediation are carried out. The main directions of such works include application of physical, physico-chemical, chemical and biological methods of bottom sediments remediation and purification. These methods can be implemented either in situ or ex situ. The advantage of the first option is the lower cost of the works, while the remediation of sediments outside the water body allows achieving a higher degree of purification from heavy metals. The review shown the prospect of using hybrid remediation technologies with the selection of a set of methods that meet the requirements for treatment efficiency and economic feasibility, as well as the possibility of using contaminated sludge for the production of marketable products.

Modern technologies for remediation of bottom sediments contaminated with heavy metals

Relevance. Within the limits of the isolated concentrations of xanthan and salts, optimization of rheological parameters of a pseudoplastic liquid intended for thickening drilling mud is shown. For this purpose, it is proposed to isolate from the complete rheological curve the separation of the liquid liquefaction section, according to which the nonlinearity parameters are determined. The complete factorial experiment allows us to specify the dependence of rheological nonlinearity on the concentration of ingredients. The formulation of the complete factorial experiment makes it possible to qualitatively evaluate other brands of biopolymers. Based on the non-linearity indicators, an indicator for optimizing the carrying capacity of drilling fluids is proposed. The use of the above and characteristic viscosity of the solutions can serve as qualitative and quantitative estimates of the projected compositions of drilling fluids. The multiplicity of brands of xanthan gums determines their qualitative diversity. The choice of gum for thickening drilling fluids is not formalized. The article offers one of the options. Aim. Using the Ostwald de Weil model to evaluate the rheological characteristics of aqueous solutions of DUO-VIS xanthan gum in the presence of Na and K chlorides at elevated concentrations of xanthan and salts, as well as to analyze the effect of the dispersed phase of the thickener solution on its rheological characteristics. Methods. Instrumental methods for determining the parameters of drilling fluids according to SS 33213-2014, mathematical modeling using a complete factorial experiment. Results and conclusions. Using the example of a DOU-VIS xanthan solution applied as a thickener for drilling fluids, the S-shape of the viscosity profiles of solutions of xanthan thickeners is shown. The paper considers the example of highlighting a section of the viscosity curve with decreasing viscosity and approximating it by a power dependence. The effect of biopolymer and potassium chloride (within the limits of their isolated concentrations) on the parameters of the power dependence used as an approximated viscosity curve is shown using a complete factorial experiment. The paper introduces the distribution of the optimization parameter, which is the ratio of the consistency coefficient to the nonlinearity indicator, within the range of changes in the concentrations of biopolymer and KCl. An example of calculating the volume fraction of biopolymer macromolecules in solution is shown and the application of the reduced and characteristic viscosities for estimating solutions at the scale of suspension particles is given.
