Neoplastic tissues, often known as cancerous malignant tumors, are essentially just collections of aberrant cells that can invade nearby tissues, travel to lymph nodes, and even reach other organs. CAR-T cells, or genetically engineered T cells, express the CAR protein on their surface. A recognition region on the exterior and a signaling region on the inside make up the CAR protein. The antigen plays a crucial role in the development of CAR-T cells. Targeting tumor-specific or tumor-associated antigens that are either exclusively present on tumor cells or increased on the surface of cancer cells is the usual goal of CAR-T cell therapy. The FDA and EMA have approved the commercial sale of CAR T cell treatment out of all the different types of ACTs. Six different drugs have been approved in the US and Europe to treat seven different types of B cell cancer. Patients must be screened by their physicians before considering CAR-T cell therapy. Patients may need to go through therapeutic preparatory procedures including lymphodepletion and bridging therapy before receiving CAR-T cell treatment. CAR T cell therapy's remarkable outcomes have altered dire prognoses and prevented several fatalities from severe cancers. However, an increasing amount of clinical experience is exposing their limitations. Currently, CAR-T cell therapy is mostly used to treat certain blood cancer types. Nevertheless, fresh research is being planned to determine how to improve the effectiveness, lower the cost, and expand the potential applications of therapies. Research is now being done to increase the safety and efficacy of CAR-T cell treatment. Patient experience and satisfaction are critical indicators of healthcare quality and play a pivotal role in shaping care outcomes, trust, and patient retention. This study examines key strategies to enhance patient satisfaction in healthcare facilities in the USA, focusing on communication, technology integration, staff training, environmental improvements, and operational efficiency. Findings reveal that effective communication, combined with empathy and cultural competence, significantly improves patient trust and compliance. Technological advancements like telehealth and patient portals enhance convenience but require addressing digital literacy challenges. Environmental and operational improvements, including noise reduction and workflow optimization, also contribute to positive experiences. The study highlights the need for a patient-centered approach that integrates these elements holistically. However, challenges such as resource constraints and cultural sensitivity require further exploration to ensure equitable implementation. These insights provide actionable recommendations for healthcare facilities to prioritize patient satisfaction as a cornerstone of quality care. Intestinal tuberculosis (ITB), a subset of extrapulmonary tuberculosis (EPTB), arises from Mycobacterium tuberculosis infection, primarily affecting the ileocecal region due to its lymphatic tissue richness. Representing approximately 10% of global EPTB cases, ITB is most prevalent in regions with high tuberculosis (TB) incidence. Its nonspecific symptoms—abdominal pain, diarrhea, fever, and weight loss—pose significant diagnostic challenges and frequently overlap with conditions like Crohn’s disease (CD). This diagnostic complexity is compounded by shared clinical, endoscopic, and histological features, with misdiagnosis risking inappropriate immunosuppressive therapy that exacerbates TB progression. Diagnostic tools include endoscopy with biopsy, imaging modalities (CT, MRI, ultrasound), and molecular assays like GeneXpert for rapid detection and drug resistance assessment. While histological markers such as caseating granulomas aid differentiation, advanced molecular methods enhance diagnostic precision. Emerging technologies, including next-generation sequencing, CRISPR-based diagnostics, and artificial intelligence in imaging, show promise in addressing diagnostic gaps. However, resource-limited settings face significant barriers, relying on less sensitive conventional methods. Integrated approaches combining clinical, histopathological, and molecular evaluations are essential for accurate diagnosis and effective management. Strengthening healthcare infrastructure, expanding access to advanced diagnostics, and leveraging innovative technologies are critical for reducing ITB-related morbidity and mortality. Challenging Diagnosis of Intestinal Tuberculosis: A Review

Recurrent pregnancy loss (RPL) of unexplained etiology presents a significant challenge in reproductive medicine, often leaving affected women with limited treatment options. Emerging evidence suggests that immunological factors may play a role in unexplained RPL, and corticosteroids like low-dose prednisolone could improve pregnancy outcomes by modulating immune responses. This retrospective cohort study examined the impact of low-dose prednisolone on pregnancy viability in women with a history of unexplained RPL. Medical records from reproductive health clinics were analyzed to compare outcomes between women receiving low-dose prednisolone (≤10 mg daily) and those not receiving any immunosuppressive treatment. Results demonstrated a statistically significant increase in pregnancy viability rates (68% in the prednisolone group vs. 45% in the non-treatment group, p &lt; 0.05) and a decrease in miscarriage rates (30% vs. 55%, p &lt; 0.01) among women using prednisolone. Furthermore, no significant differences in adverse maternal or fetal outcomes were observed, supporting the safety profile of low-dose prednisolone. The findings suggest that low-dose prednisolone may effectively improve pregnancy viability by modulating immune activity without substantial risks. However, further randomized controlled trials are needed to confirm these results and explore specific immunological pathways. This study underscores the potential of low-dose prednisolone as a promising treatment for unexplained RPL, offering new hope for affected women and paving the way for more targeted therapies in reproductive medicine. Impact of Low-Dose Prednisolone on Pregnancy Viability in Women with Recurrent Pregnancy Loss of Unexplained Etiology

Descriptive research was performed to evaluate patients' awareness of post-dialysis home care receiving haemodialysis at a designated Mangalore’s hospital. A purposive sampling strategy selected a total of 30 samples receiving hemodialysis. Data had been gathered utilizing an organized knowledge survey of 30 items, subsequently accompanied by the distribution of an information booklet on post-dialysis home care. The findings of investigation demonstrated average knowledge score (x= 15.8) about post-dialysis home care was moderate. The mean score ranged from 10-21.The mean knowledge score of patients undergoing haemodialysis was 15.8±2.92 and mean percentage (52.66%).No significant correlation was observed between patients' mean knowledge scores along with their age (c2=0.2), gender (c2=0.433) , education (c2=0.02), occupation (c2=0.2) , family income (c2=3.27) and number of years on haemodialysis (c2=0.2) at 0.05 level. Therefore, it underscores necessity to create health educational materials to enhance patients' awareness regarding post dialysis home care.
