Bulletin Mineralogie Petrologie is a peer-reviewed journal that focuses on the following areas: mineralogy, crystal chemistry, and the study of crystal structures of minerals; research on mineral associations and their processes of origin; meteoritics and the study of tektites; economic geology (including the study of ore deposits) and the history of mining of ore deposits; topographic mineralogy; petrology of igneous, metamorphic, and sedimentary rocks; instrumental analytical methods in mineralogy and petrology; and the application of mineralogy and petrology in archaeology and related disciplines.
