The journal "Circulation. Genomic and Precision Medicine" encompasses all types of original research articles, including studies conducted in human subjects, experimental animals, in vitro, and computational settings. Articles may cover the following research areas: clinical genetics applications in the diagnosis and management of single-gene or polygenic cardiovascular diseases; the molecular basis of complex cardiovascular diseases, including genome-wide association studies, exome and genome sequencing association studies, coding variant association studies, genetic linkage studies, epigenomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, metabolomics, and metagenomics; integration of electronic health record data or patient-generated data with any of the aforementioned methods (including phenotype association studies) or environmental and lifestyle factors; pharmacogenomics; gene expression regulation; gene therapy and therapeutic genome editing; systems biology approaches to the diagnosis and management of cardiovascular diseases; novel methods for conducting any of the above research; and new applications of precision medicine. Importantly, we seek research related to human cardiovascular biology and disease.

Journal Citation Format
Those examples are references to articles in scholarly journals and how they are supposed to appear in your bibliography.
Not all journals organize their published articles in volumes and issues, so these fields are optional. Some electronic journals do not provide a page range, but instead list an article identifier. In a case like this it's safe to use the article identifier instead of the page range.
A journal article with 1 author
A journal article with 2 authors
A journal article with 3 authors
A journal article with 5 or more authors
Books Citation Format
Here are examples of references for authored and edited books.

Sometimes references to web sites should appear directly in the text rather than in the bibliography.
